The Mark?
Digital Angel Makes Its Mark

By KT, Executive Editor
On July 15th, Digital Angel, an Applied Digital Solutions company, began human tests of its implanted identity and monitoring system. The technology acts like a homing beacon, a vital signs monitor and an identification system. Under scrutiny for its apparant attempt to implant devices under the skin of children, the Florida-based company has recently shifted it mode of intrusion from implants to wrist watches and pagers.

Another Foot in the Door for the Human Tagging

As with the introduction of most invasive devices and laws, the marketing pitch utilizes the tactic, "Our technology will save children, seniors and pets." 'Sound familiar? The same argument (except for the reference to pets) was used to sell the Social Security System to ill-informed citizens earlier in the last century. To combat resistance to the Christian community who saw it as a foot-in-the-door for of the one-world government implementing its mark, the modified welfare system was marketed as one that allowed voluntary participation. Though participation and having a Social Security number are still "voluntary", virtually every hospital in America now assigns a number at birth, and many do not allow the parents to take their children home unless the number is accepted. Furthermore, nearly every transaction- from ordering a phone line to buying a car- now requires a Social Security Number. Many feel that the Digital Angel adoption stratey will follow the same course.

Chapter 13 of Book of Revelation states that, as the one-world government begins to appear, all people will be required to "receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, except he that had the mark." Could this device, which is powered electromechanically through the movement of muscles, be another method to get citizens comfortable with the idea of receiving the mark? Think about it.
